# Marketing Doctors

> Marketing Doctors is a boutique digital marketing agency for functional medicine and cognitive-health practices. We are deliberately small so we can be selective about who we work with and personal in how we work with them.

## Who we are

We are not a generalist agency that happens to take medical clients. We work almost exclusively with functional and integrative medicine practices, particularly those doing serious clinical work in cognitive decline, dementia, and Alzheimer's care, including Bredesen Protocol / ReCODE practitioners, plasmapheresis and apheresis-based protocols, and similar evidence-driven functional medicine programs.

## What makes us different

- **We care about outcomes, not invoices.** We are not paid to "do a job." We want the practice, clinic, or provider we work with to actually succeed and hit their business goals, and we go beyond the scope of a typical retainer to make that happen.
- **Flat-fee pricing.** No line-item billing for small incidentals. One predictable fee.
- **We are selective, on purpose.** Anyone can apply to work with us, but we don't take everyone on. We vet track record and legitimacy before taking on a practice; we do not work with providers who lack a credible clinical track record.
- **One client per service area.** Once we take on a practice in a given market, we do not take on their direct competitors in that same area.
- **We stay small by design.** Staying small lets us stay personal: direct access to the people doing the work, not an account-manager layer.
- **We don't chase the big institutional players.** We do not work with hospitals or large health systems; our focus is independent functional medicine practices and clinics.
